Nettleton Concrete Corporate Office - 2318 Moore Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas

On November 8, 2007, Nettleton Concrete, Inc. hosted the Northeast Arkansas Homebuilders Association luncheon. Approximately 50 members of the homebuilder association were in attendance. Don Culpepper informed the group about new drainage regulations being considered, how they might impact new homes built in Jonesboro, and asked for input. Brian Weber, with Ash Grove Packaging presented a power point presentation on the advantages and use of spec mix mortar mixes. Nettleton Concrete’s newest product, "Tumbleridge Nettlestone", was presented during the luncheon and a promotional offer was made to the first two Northeast Arkansas Homebuilder members that use this product.

AIA Arkansas Architects Convention
Rogers, Arkansas

Nettleton Concrete, Inc. was proud to participate as an allied member in the AIA Arkansas Architects Convention in Rogers, Arkansas on October 25-26, 2007. There were approximately 65 exhibitors and 300 architects from Arkansas in attendance. The product that seemed to generate the most interest from the architects was the "Nettlestone" split face concrete masonry units (ashlar pattern). Our website has project pictures along with a detailed description of Nettlestone. For the last three conventions we have operated a mechanical loader set on our exhibit table. The movements and actions of the loader represent material handling in our industry. The mechanical loader on a track draws a number of people to our table in the exhibit hall. When the drawing is held at the end of the show the "Big Loader" is one of the door prizes given to the attendees.
