The use, sale or possession of alcohol or nonprescription drugs while on the job or on company property or violation of federal and/or state laws, rules and regulations regarding alcohol or nonprescription drugs may result in immediate suspension or discharge. Nettleton will follow current federal and state laws, rules and regulations. The company also cautions against the use of prescribed or over the counter medication, which can affect your workplace performance. You may also be suspended or discharged if you cannot perform your job safely as the result of using prescribed or over the counter medication.
